01Acceptance of these terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and FutureFist Tech Solutions LLP("we", "us", "our"), the operator of xDub (the "Service"). By creating an account, buying credits or using any part of the Service you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Disclaimer.

If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms for it.

02The Service

xDub provides AI-assisted media tools, including:

• video dubbing into supported Indian languages, optionally in a voice cloned from the original speaker;
• script-to-voice narration, voice cloning, speech-to-text transcription;
• document translation and subtitle translation.

Some processing is carried out by carefully selected AI processing partners on our behalf. Features, supported languages, file limits and turnaround times may change as we improve the Service. Features marked "coming soon" or "beta" are not guaranteed to launch or to remain available.

03Eligibility and your account

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law.
• You sign in with a one-time password (OTP) sent to your mobile number. Keep access to that number secure; activity under your account is treated as yours.
• Give accurate information, including billing details such as your GSTIN where you provide one.
• Tell us promptly at hello@xdub.si if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

04Credits, payments and refunds

The Service is prepaid. You buy credit packs and each tool consumes credits at the rate shown in the app before you start a job (for example, one credit per dubbed minute per language, billed in 30-second blocks). Payments are processed by our payment gateway; we do not see or store your full card or bank details.

• Prices are in Indian Rupees. Applicable taxes, including GST, are charged as shown at checkout.
• Credits are reserved when a job starts and settled when it finishes. If a job or a language fails on our side, the reserved credits are returned to your wallet automatically.
• Purchased credits are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Payments are non-refundable except where a payment was charged without credits being added, where a duplicate charge occurred, or where Indian law requires a refund.
• Free trial credits have no cash value, may be withdrawn at any time, and outputs made with them carry a xDub watermark.
• We may change prices and pack sizes. Changes never affect a job that has already started.

For billing problems, write to hello@xdub.si within 30 days of the transaction with your registered mobile number and payment reference.

05Your content and the rights you grant

You keep all rights in the videos, audio, text and documents you upload ("Your Content") and in the outputs generated from them, subject to the rights of any third party in Your Content.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, copy, process, translate and transform Your Content, and to share it with our AI processing partners, only as needed to provide the Service to you, keep it secure and comply with law. We do not use Your Content to advertise the Service without your written permission.

You confirm that:

• you own Your Content or have every licence and permission needed to upload, translate and dub it;
• every identifiable person whose voice or likeness appears in Your Content has agreed to it being processed, dubbed and, where you choose, cloned;
• Your Content and your use of the outputs do not infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy, personality or other rights.

06Voice cloning and consent

You may only clone a voice that is your own, or that of a person who has given you clear, informed consent to create and use a synthetic copy of their voice for the purposes you intend. We record your consent for each project and each saved voice. We may ask you to show proof of consent and may disable a voice at any time if we believe consent is missing.

Never use a cloned voice to impersonate a real person, to deceive listeners about who is speaking, or to put words in someone's mouth that they did not agree to.

07Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to create, upload or share content that:

• is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, invasive of privacy, or harmful to children;
• impersonates a person, misleads people about the origin of a message, or is a deceptive deepfake;
• spreads misinformation, interferes with elections, or threatens the unity, integrity, security or sovereignty of India or public order;
• promotes violence, hatred or discrimination on the basis of religion, caste, gender, ethnicity or similar grounds;
• infringes intellectual property, or is used for fraud, phishing, spam or unlawful financial schemes;
• contains malware or attempts to probe, overload, reverse engineer or bypass the security or billing of the Service.

Where applicable law requires AI-generated or synthetically generated content to be labelled or disclosed, you are responsible for doing so when you publish outputs.

08AI output

Outputs are produced by machine learning systems. Translations, timing, pronunciation and voice similarity can contain errors, and the same input may give different results on different runs. Review every output before you publish or rely on it. You are responsible for how you use outputs.

09Storage and deletion of files

• Source videos are deleted 30 days after the project's last delivery (or creation, if nothing was delivered).
• All remaining project files, including outputs, are deleted 90 days after the last delivery.
• Download links are signed and expire. Keep your own copies of outputs you need.

Billing records and project history are kept as described in our Privacy Policy.

10Our intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, brand, preset voices and documentation, belongs to us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Service under these Terms. You may not copy, resell, frame or build a competing service from it.

11Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may carry out maintenance, change or discontinue features, and update these Terms. If we make a material change we will update the date at the top of this page and, where reasonable, notify you in the app. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

12Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or terminate your access, remove content, or refuse a job if we reasonably believe you have broken these Terms or the law, or if required by a court or government authority. Unused purchased credits on an account terminated for breach are forfeited. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

13Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

14Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FutureFist Tech Solutions LLP, its partners and personnel from claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, your use of outputs, or your breach of these Terms or of anyone's rights.

15Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have, the courts at Thane, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service. Before going to court, please write to us so we can try to resolve the issue informally.

16Grievance officer and contact

In line with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it, complaints about content, misuse of the Service or these Terms can be sent to our Grievance Officer at hello@xdub.si with the subject line "Grievance". We will acknowledge your complaint promptly and aim to resolve it within 15 days.
